Brief
Our team at Thame Builders, our sister building company recently completed a stunning garage conversion in Little Milton. The homeowners approached us with a vision of transforming their unloved and underutilised double garage space into a functional office space complete with kitchenette & social area. With years of experience in the industry, our team was thrilled to take on this project and deliver a fantastic new space for them to work and relax in.
After assessing the existing garage layout, our team collaborated closely with the homeowners to determine their specific needs and preferences. We discussed a range of options that could be incorporated alongside the office, before finally deciding on a spacious and well-equipped kitchenette, as well as a living area for our clients to relax and chill out in.
Products
Our clients chose the Ultimate Collection, Heritage PVCu flush casement windows which, we think blend in seamlessly in their new space, as if they’ve always been there! A side entrance door was installed off of the kitchenette which is anthracite grey on white pvc residential door with an internal unit blind between the glass to colour match the door. All products were supplied by John Fredericks Plastics.
Outcome
As we neared the end of the garage conversion, our team ensured that all works were completed to the highest possible standard, with great care taken at every stage to ensure a flawless finish. The result was a practical new office & living space that exceeded the homeowners’ expectations and greatly improved the overall functionality and enjoyment of their home.
