Silent View Windows Black Friday Prize Draw 2024 T&Cs.

1. This Black Friday 2024 prize draw is open to all UK residents aged 18 years or over (excluding employees of Silent View Windows, their families, agents or any third party directly associated with the administration of the Prize Draw) who enter into a contract with Silent View Windows for the purchase of any products (excluding glass panels on their own) orders can be placed over the phone or email between Monday 25th November & Monday 9th December, 2024 4.30pm.

2. Entrants will be automatically entered into the Prize Draw if they place an order between the dates above. However, only one entrant per address will be entered into the Draw.

3. The winner will be chosen at random by a computer process on Thursday 12th December 2024.

4. The winner will, by the end of Friday 13th December 2024, be notified that they have been chosen via the contact details they have provided in the Qualifying Contract (“Award Notification”). If the winner does not respond to Silent View Windows within 90 days of the Award Notification, then the winner’s prize will be forfeited and Silent View Windows may select another winner in accordance with the process described above.

5. The prize awarded under the Prize Draw is either a Nintendo Switch, Coffee Machine (up to the value of £200) or Ninja Airfryer The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered.

6. Silent View Windows must publish or make available information on its website that indicates that a valid award took place. Silent View Windows may publish or make available the winner’s surname and county on their social media and marketing materials.

7. The winner may object to any of its information being published by contacting Silent View Windows Marketing Team (email: marketing@silentviewwiwndows.co.uk). In such circumstances, Silent View Windows must still provide the information and details of the winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.

8. The decision of Silent View Windows regarding any aspect of the Prize Draw and the prize is final and binding.

9. Entrants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms upon entry. Silent View Windows may refuse entry or to award the prize to any Entrant in breach of these terms.

10. Silent View Windows reserves the right to void, cancel, suspend, or amend the Prize Draw at any time before the winner is chosen.
