Throughout, Enis Evlat was professional in everything he did – and if he said he would arrive at a certain time he did, or he phoned to say that he would be a few minutes late. The replacement windows were fitted within a week of his first visit, all waste was taken away and he cleaned the windows and tidied up at the end of the job.
